Software Engineer, Application Integration
In Brief
We're a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives.
Join us in transforming healthcare from reactive to proactive. You’ll spearhead the engineering effort to build the bridge between massive, complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and the Bayesian platform, delivering critical, real-time insights to help clinicians save lives.
Who We Are
Bayesian Health’s mission is to improve patient outcomes by empowering clinicians with the insights they need to make the right decision for the right patient at the point-of-care. We’re a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, machine learning experts, product designers, and performance improvement leaders committed to enabling smarter, patient-specific care delivery through unlocking the power of data.
We’re funded by top tier tech and biotech investors: Obvious Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, American Medical Association’s venture arm, Catalio Partners, and LifeForce Capital. What you’ll do
You will be at the forefront of a high-impact engineering mission, building the bridge between the Bayesian platform and the clinical workflows inside massive, complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, delivering the real-time lifesaving insights that clinicians rely on. Working directly with our health system clients' EHR and clinical informatics teams, you'll bring our clinical insights to the point of care — in the right workflow, at the right moment — empowering care teams to make the best decisions for their patients.
Each integration is a partnership. An Implementation Lead owns the client relationship and project management; a Clinical Integration owns clinical workflow design and training. You own the technical workstream — which means you're the engineer in the room. When a clinician says the alert didn't fire for a patient, you have thirty minutes and their full attention to trace it from the EHR launch context through the API to the underlying data, and tell them what happened.
Responsibilities
Clinical Workflow Integration: Extend and configure the full-stack application across the EHR integration surface, coordinating with client EHR and clinical informatics teams, to deliver Bayesian's clinical insights to clinicians.
Integration Testing & Troubleshooting: Implement automated integration tests and work directly with client technical teams and frontline clinicians during integration testing to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and timely integrations.
Production Deployment & Go-Live: Execute the deployment process in close collaboration with the client's technical team, ensuring all configurations and builds for the application and workflow are successfully promoted to production for a seamless launch. During go-live week, you will serve as the technical point of contact for any application integration issues, both internally and with the client's teams, providing clear status updates to cross-functional partners so they can effectively manage client communication.
Integration Tooling & Automation: Develop frameworks and tooling, leveraging LLMs and automation, to increase the efficiency and velocity of our platform integrations as we scale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside an Implementation Lead, Clinical Integration, and the client's technical teams to align the application integration workstream with the overall integration effort.
Minimum qualifications
BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
3+ years building and deploying full-stack applications into production, including integration with external APIs (React, TypeScript preferred)
Strong ability to investigate and resolve application issues end-to-end
Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) in a production environment
Experience writing automated integration and end-to-end tests for production systems
Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, working effectively with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, to align on priorities and deliver results.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building EHR-embedded applications such as SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, or Epic launch integration.
Experience rolling out production deployments, supporting systems through go-live via an on-call or support rotation, and triaging production issues
Experience working with enterprise customers, and the agility and responsiveness they require.
Experience building internal tooling or automation, including leveraging LLMs, to improve engineering velocity

If you share our values and enthusiasm for building a great culture and product, you will find a home at Fieldguide.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Financial Audit team at Fieldguide. Financial Audit is one of our most important strategic bets right now, and this is a high-impact role on a team that's building something genuinely new. We're not bolting AI onto traditional workflows; we're rethinking financial audit as agentic-first from the ground up. You'll own major workstreams tied to our largest customer onboardings and most ambitious product bets, working alongside engineers, product managers, designers, and financial audit subject matter experts who are all deeply embedded in the problem.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll write code every day, and increasingly write code with AI. We're an AI-native team using tools like Claude Code extensively, and we expect this person to push that boundary further.
What You'll Do
Design and build agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows, deciding where autonomy makes sense and where the auditor stays in the loop
Own complex, end-to-end workstreams tied to onboarding our largest customers
Ship code from day one and ramp quickly into full ownership of significant product areas
Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and financial audit SMEs to work through hard domain problems
Help shape technical direction and contribute to how the team thinks about agentic systems, AI tooling, and engineering best practices

High degree of ownership; you don't wait to be told what to do
Curious about AI and agentic systems, and already using AI coding tools in your workflow
Able to pick up complex domain concepts quickly. You don't need to know financial auditing, but you're the kind of person who can internalize it fast
Collaborative by nature, you want to be in the room with product, design, and domain experts working through hard problems together
Experienced leading projects and driving technical decisions with a bias toward action
Bonus Points
Experience in financial services, audit, accounting, or compliance
Prior work building AI or agent-driven product experiences
Familiarity with our stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL
Background working at high-growth startups where you wore a lot of hats
Experience with document processing or infrastructure work

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, grow alongside the business, and do meaningful work alongside people who care deeply about what we’re building together.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a talented software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, learning continuously, and building products that make a meaningful difference. This role is ideal for someone who has delivered multiple challenging projects, takes pride in writing thoughtful, maintainable code, and enjoys both mentoring and learning from teammates.
You'll join an engineering culture that values ownership, curiosity, collaboration, and sound technical judgment. You will contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering practices that improve quality, reliability, security, and developer experience.
You will ship thoughtfully and frequently in an agile environment with continuous deployment.
You will care about our product, mission, and long-term success, well beyond checking off development tasks.
You will thoughtfully use approved AI-assisted development tools to reduce repetitive work, explore solutions, and improve productivity while applying your own engineering judgment to architecture, implementation, security, privacy, and code quality. Engineers remain accountable for every technical decision.
What will you NOT do?
You will NOT worry about funding. We have startup energy, with the support and resources of our parent company, Teladoc Health.
You will NOT be limited to a narrow set of responsibilities. We encourage employees to contribute ideas, develop new skills, collaborate across teams, and explore opportunities that support both their growth and the growing needs of the business.
You will NOT be expected to navigate a culture driven by ego or unnecessary hierarchy. We value respectful collaboration, thoughtful debate, and teammates who are committed to shared success.
You will NOT be expected to sacrifice your well-being to make an impact. We work hard and hold ourselves to high standards, all while supporting sustainable ways of working.
You will NOT have to wonder why your work matters. The work we do here helps to expand access to mental health care and supports people seeking help when they need it.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. While we embrace the flexibility of remote work, we also value opportunities to bring teams together in person for collaboration and connection. BetterHelp covers approved expenses for company-requested travel, and reasonable accommodations are available for employees who are unable to travel.

Staff Software Engineer, AI-Native Systems (Tech Lead)
Location: Remote (US)
We are
Virtual care only works if the infrastructure behind it does. Wheel builds that infrastructure — the systems that let telehealth run at scale for the patients, clinicians, and companies depending on it. We're not bolting AI onto old workflows; we're rebuilding them from the ground up. Our mission to put great healthcare in everyone's reach means replacing manual, ad-hoc processes with intelligent, agent-powered systems that carry real operational load. We're innovating in a live, regulated healthcare environment where getting it right matters. This is the next architecture of virtual care, and we're building it now.
You are
A staff-level engineer who sets technical direction for agentic systems and then leads the work to ship them. You've built and operated agents in production, you know where they break, and you have opinions — held loosely, argued well — about how to build them so they hold up in a regulated environment.
You operate with the scope of a domain owner, not a task owner. You take a problem that isn't yet well-formed, define it, sequence it, and lead a group of engineers to a shipped and measured outcome. Your impact shows up in other people's work as much as your own: the patterns they reuse, the design decisions they don't have to relitigate, the ambiguity you removed before it cost the team a quarter.
You treat AI two ways at once — as a product capability you build with judgment, and as a development multiplier you use fluently — and you're the person who raises the org's bar on both.
The Work
Technical Leadership & Direction
Own the technical direction for a significant AI-native domain: agent architecture, platform abstractions, or evaluation and guardrail infrastructure.
Act as tech lead for a squad or a cross-team initiative — decomposing ambiguous problems, sequencing delivery, identifying and clearing blockers, and keeping the team pointed at the outcome rather than the ticket.
Write and review design docs; make and document the load-bearing architectural calls, including the ones where the answer is "not yet" or "buy, don't build."
Establish clear technical ownership where it's currently diffuse, so decisions have a named owner and reviews don't stall.
Agent Architecture & Engineering
Design and build production AI agents incorporating retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
Set the standards for what "production-ready agent" means here — testability, rollback safety, cost ceilings, failure modes, human-in-the-loop boundaries — and hold the bar in review.
Take on the hardest parts of the build yourself. This is a hands-on role; you are expected to be in the code.
AI Platform Foundations
Build and extend the abstraction layers that let teams integrate AI capabilities cleanly and safely across our services.
Define the shared libraries, patterns, and guardrails other teams build on, and drive their adoption — a pattern nobody uses isn't a pattern.
Treat responsible use of AI on sensitive data as a hard engineering requirement, and translate privacy, security, and compliance constraints into concrete architecture rather than deferring them.
Cloud-Native Engineering
Own full-stack delivery in TypeScript/Node.js and Python: service and API layers, data-processing jobs, and the internal interfaces on top of them.
Leverage modern cloud infrastructure, event-driven patterns, CI/CD, and observability to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
Own deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production, including on-call, and improve the operational posture of what you inherit.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
Partner directly with product, operations, clinical operations, and business leaders as both technologist and trusted advisor — helping define which use cases are worth building and which aren't.
Lead design sessions, proofs of concept, and build-with sessions alongside the people who'll use the workflows, building trust and adoption as you go.
Communicate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, up to and including the executive team.
Influence roadmap and prioritization with a clear-eyed read of technical risk, sequencing, and cost.
Measure & Improve
Own the evaluation strategy for your domain: define the metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans that measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Instrument the systems so their behavior is legible after the fact, not just at demo time.
Iterate rapidly on data, feedback, and changing requirements — and kill approaches that aren't working, early and visibly.
Growing the Org
Mentor and grow engineers through code review, design review, pairing, and direct feedback; make the people around you measurably better.
Craft reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices that raise the engineering bar beyond your own team.
Anchor our internal community of practice around AI-native and agentic engineering.
What success looks like
First 90 days: you have a working map of our AI platform surface area, have shipped something real, and have a point of view on where the leverage is.
First 6 months: you own a domain outright, are leading a team's technical direction within it, and there's an evaluation story for the agents you've shipped.
First year: patterns you established are in use by teams you don't sit on, and engineers point to you as the reason their work got better.
What we're looking for
8+ years building and operating production software, with meaningful full-stack depth across a TypeScript/Node.js backend and at least one other language (Python strongly preferred).
A track record of technical leadership as an individual contributor: owning a domain, leading multi-engineer efforts to completion, and driving decisions across team boundaries without positional authority.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic systems in production — retrieval, orchestration, tool/function calling, and evaluation — with a clear-eyed view of where LLMs and agents work and where they don't.
Demonstrated ability to take a loosely defined problem and drive it to a shipped, measured, agent-powered workflow.
A working practice of using AI development tools as a force multiplier, with judgment about when to trust, verify, or override them.
Strong cloud-native engineering fundamentals; comfort with CI/CD, observability, and running what you build.
Fluency with relational data and SQL.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to write a design doc that changes minds. This is a remote, cross-functional role.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping measurable results.
Strongly desired
Experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent architectures at production scale.
Model evaluation and guardrail infrastructure — measuring output quality, catching regressions, keeping agents inside safe bounds.
Experience building platform capabilities consumed by other engineering teams.
Background in workflow automation, forecasting-driven products, or supply-demand matching.
Prior work in a regulated environment (healthcare/HIPAA, fintech, etc.) and an instinct for the constraints that come with using AI on sensitive data.
Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a formal tech lead.
How we work
Remote-first (US), fast-moving, tight loops between engineering, product, and the business. We're an AI-forward engineering org — we expect AI in the toolchain and in the product, and we measure outcomes over activity. We handle sensitive healthcare data under strict controls; privacy, security, and responsible use of AI are engineering requirements here, not afterthoughts.

About the role
Data science is in a moment of reinvention: AI-generated code and agentic workflows are changing what it means to put analytical work into production. Posit’s mission is to empower people to conduct trustworthy data analysis for themselves, their organizations, and the world at large. Posit Team is the trusted on-premises platform at the center: a place where data scientists and the organizations that rely on them can explore data, deploy applications and agents, expose and consume MCP servers, and do all of it with the visibility, accountability, and reproducibility that serious analytical work demands.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will bring a builder’s instinct to a team working at the intersection of data science, infrastructure, and AI. You will help us build new capabilities and features in our product suite, including things we haven’t yet imagined possible, and you will drive those changes forward into our customers’ hands.
About you
You are an enthusiastic generalist who thrives in the face of ambiguous requirements—an engineer who is just as good at starting things as you are at finishing them. Some qualities we value most:
High agency
You are driven. When something important feels daunting or underspecified, your first instinct is to prototype to clarify the value you can deliver, rather than wait for someone to give you the answers.
Boldness in learning
You are genuinely unafraid to tackle unfamiliar subjects. You know that nobody is an expert in everything, and you don't let unfamiliarity be a reason for not trying. You're not afraid to ask questions and make mistakes, because learning new techniques feels like an adventure and we share what we learn as a team. Proficiency in either Go or Typescript as well as in either Python or R, and experience with backend systems, data tooling, and data science frameworks are helpful for this role. Eagerness and boldness to learn is essential.
User empathy and product sense
You make judgment calls on behalf of users with minimal up front guidance and are willing to be wrong, because you will learn. Prior domain expertise with data science as a practice may help, but it is not the only way. Regardless, you lead with empathy: you optimize for solving a real customer problem, not for technical purity.
Collaborative curiosity
You are generous. When you learn something useful, your first instinct is to share it. You teach as readily as you learn, ask questions without ego, admit what you don't know, and lend a hand when someone's stuck.
Interest in AI
You are interested not just in using AI in your work, but building tools for customers to use AI in their own work. You also are curious, and you question when AI is not the right answer for a particular problem. You lean on your user empathy when building: knowing that some of our customers use and love AI in data science and others don’t or are restricted from using it.
Results-driven
You are focused on delivering measurable value to customers. You have a strong technical background with a track record of shipping successful products.
Within one week, you will…
Ship code changes that meaningfully improves the experience for our customers.
Within one month, you will…
See your changes reflected in our public releases.
Participate in feature planning and provide feedback.
Feel comfortable navigating the codebase and understand how things fit together.
Within three months, you will…
Plan features and drive their development.
Have a track record of teaching team members; both from your expertise and things you learn as you build.
Have a track record of learning: both from the things you learned and taught us along the way; and from listening to internal users, external users, and how our customers use our products.
Within six months, you will…
Point to new features you built that we hadn’t even dreamed were possible.

BASE SALARY: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly
MUST HAVE:
Expert SQL & Comfortable with Unstructured Complex Data: Extracts accurate insights from raw, unstructured data without relying on clean models
Reporting Ownership & Data Literacy: Builds, standardizes, drives adoption, and leaves teams more data-literate
Performance Marketing Optimization: Connects data directly to levers that move the business, i.e. campaign performance, conversion rates, or revenue per session
Advanced LookML Development (or equivalent in Power BI / Tableau): Architects complex models with full understanding of downstream impacts
Curiosity & Business Depth: Asks questions first; driven to grow business knowledge to become a trusted analytical partner, not just a builder
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing. The strongest candidates have owned reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard, worked with messy, complex, third-party data, and partnered closely with business teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and connect data work to decisions that actually moved the business.
YOUR ROLE
Launch Potato is looking for a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners.
You'll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering closely with our Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance, and challenge the team with insights they aren't currently seeing. This is NOT a role for someone who wants to build dashboards and hand them off, it's for someone who cares deeply about whether the work they build gets used, understood, and acted on.
Outcomes (Performance Expectations)
30 Days in: Actively engaged with stakeholders to audit what reporting the team is consuming and why, i.e. identifying discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies across existing dashboards and beginning to develop a roadmap to standardize reporting across your verticals.
60 Days in: Bridging business context and data understanding by being able to articulate how assigned verticals make money and what the key performance levers are. Actively improving dashboard standardization while executing on ad hoc requests with accuracy and business context.
90 Days in: Dashboard standardization is in execution and a clear roadmap exists for how trusted data sources will be developed to improve the efficiency of data consumption. LookML structure is understood well enough to begin making changes with full awareness of downstream impacts. Working relationships with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management are established.
6 Months in: Trust is built with the business team through education, best practices, and a standardized reporting suite that enables confident self-service analytics. Proactive retrospective analyses are being delivered across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance. Strong understanding of the full funnel metrics that support each team.
Year 1: Trusted technical owner for assigned verticals end-to-end, from raw data ingestion through final dashboard. Reporting standardization is complete, retrospective analysis is a consistent output, and the business team views you as a go-to analytical partner who recommends action, not just reports findings.
Competencies
Analytical Rigor: Asks the hard questions and traces discrepancies to the source before drawing conclusions.
Reporting Ownership: Engages stakeholders to understand how reporting is used before building, i.e. creates dashboards that are adopted, not just delivered.
Business Acumen: Invests in understanding the business by asking the right questions before pulling the data.
Communication: Asks enough upfront to make sure the answer lands with the right context for the right audience.
Proactive Ownership: Surfaces problems early, engages before being asked, and drives work forward with a clear point of view.
Collaboration: Builds trust by asking genuine questions and showing they care about what stakeholders need, not just what they asked for.
Curiosity & Growth: Asks more than most and is driven to grow from technical executor into analytical partner over time.
TOTAL COMPENSATION
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.

MattermostAdded 11 Oct 2026
Remote · United States$165,000 – $215,000 / yearEngineering
Mattermost is the leading collaborative workflow platform for defense, intelligence, security, and critical infrastructure. Trusted by the U.S. Department of War and Fortune 500s, our platform runs on-premises and in private clouds, delivering secure messaging, file sharing, workflow automation, audio/screenshare, and project management—all with full data and operational control. Mattermost powers high-stakes workflows across mission planning, real-time, real-world operations, DevSecOps, incident response, and cyber defense—enabling secure collaboration from tactical edge and DDIL environments to enterprise HQ. To learn more, visit www.mattermost.com
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to take ownership of the Mattermost mobile experience for teams working in defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure. Our users operate in DDIL environments where connectivity may be disconnected, denied, intermittent, or limited, security is non-negotiable, and the software they depend on has to keep working.
Our mobile app is primarily React Native and TypeScript today, with native iOS and Android integrations. Your immediate focus will be making that experience more reliable and performant. Over time, you'll also help shape the next generation of our cross-platform mobile architecture.
You'll work hands-on across application and native layers, partner closely with platform and feature teams, work directly with customer-facing teams on field reports from constrained environments, and help raise the bar for how we observe, diagnose, and build mobile software.
Responsibilities
Reliability and Performance
Architect the app for DDIL and other constrained network environments
Improve data and functional reliability across connection lifecycle, synchronization, recovery, and failure scenarios
Own crash-free and release-health outcomes, using telemetry to proactively identify regressions and drive them through diagnosis to resolution
Profile and improve performance across startup, networking, storage, rendering, memory, and battery usage
Mobile Platform Ownership
Own critical iOS and Android integrations and the boundaries between native and cross-platform code
Maintain and evolve platform capabilities including push notifications, background execution, secure storage, app lifecycle, and real-time communications
Build within mobile distribution and device-management constraints, including App Store, enterprise and MDM deployment, AppConfig, and Intune MAM
Diagnose production issues from native traces, telemetry, device profiling, and sparse field logs
Make architecture recommendations that balance near-term delivery with the long-term direction of the mobile platform
Craft and Delivery
Mentor engineers on mobile architecture, reliability, performance, and platform best practices
Uphold security and compliance standards required by government and enterprise customers
Contribute to the open-source codebase
Use AI coding tools effectively, applying strong engineering judgment to increase output without compromising reliability or quality
What We Are Looking For
We care about what you've built and the problems you've solved — not how long you've been building. If you have strong outcomes to speak to in mobile engineering, we want to hear from you.
Required:
Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with strong working knowledge of the other platform
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, platform SDKs, lifecycle constraints, and networking fundamentals
Experience building reliable mobile systems that behave predictably through unreliable connectivity, local state changes, synchronization, and recovery
Strong mobile performance profiling and production debugging skills on real devices
Experience using production data, crash metrics, and release-health signals to drive reliability improvements
Experience making architecture recommendations and owning technical outcomes
Ability and willingness to work across native and cross-platform codebases
AI fluency and experience using coding agents to increase engineering output while applying judgment to ensure reliable outcomes
Preferred:
Experience with React Native and TypeScript
Experience with mobile persistence, synchronization, or offline-capable systems
Experience with real-time communications or platform media frameworks such as WebRTC, CallKit, or Android audio APIs
Experience with enterprise mobile distribution, MDM, AppConfig, or Intune MAM
Experience building mobile software for security-sensitive, regulated, or operationally constrained environments
Open-source contributions
Why Mattermost
Mission-driven work: Your contributions directly support the organizations and missions that depend on secure, reliable collaboration including the U.S. Department of War and critical infrastructure operators worldwide
Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere with a globally distributed, high-trust team built for autonomy and ownership
AI-forward environment: We actively adopt and build AI-enabled workflows. Agentic development is core craft here, not a novelty
End-to-end ownership: Ship and own complex software across the full stack with real accountability for what you build
Open source at the core: Be part of a vibrant developer community shaping the future of secure collaboration
Compensation
Mattermost takes a market-based approach to pay. Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Target Salary Range: $165,000 – $215,000
