The successful candidate will collaborate within a dedicated SWAT Team focused on proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving complex business and technical challenges across the program landscape. We are specifically looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record of solving complex problems in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Cooperate within SWAT Team, providing expertise in resolving critical business and technical issues. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery. Provide technical leadership and expert-level guidance within the assigned domain. Support architectural discussions, integration initiatives, and modernization efforts. Drive best practices across software development, DevOps, and operational excellence. Leverage AI-enabled approaches and tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Profile: Demonstrable experience of Java and frameworks commonly used in Java projects Strong communication skills Be an expert (SME) in their technical domain. Kogo poszukujemy?
