Streaming Platform Engineer (Kafka/ Flink)

Design and implement stream processing solutions using Apache Flink and Flink SQL Develop and maintain filtering, projection, and join logic on streaming data Build and operate workloads using the Flink Kubernetes Operator Implement and maintain Kafka-based integrations, including producers, consumers, and Kafka Connect pipelines Design and evolve Avro schemas, ensuring compliance with schema evolution rules Integrate solutions with Confluent Schema Registry Develop and support Flink SQL rule framework and validation tooling Contribute to XML-to-Avro transformation mechanisms (including Kafka Connect SMTs) Collaborate with platform and domain teams in a shared ownership model Apply AI-assisted (agentic engineering) approaches across design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle Troubleshoot and optimize deployments in Kubernetes environments Support CI/CD and GitOps practices for rule deployment and configuration management Kogo poszukujemy?
