Senior UX Designer

Czym będziesz się zajmować? Lead UX discovery and concept development across intranet and employee-facing tools Design navigation, information architecture, and user journeys for enterprise audiences Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and visual layouts leveraging Microsoft Viva and SharePoint UX patterns Partner with architects to validate feasibility across Viva Connections, Engage, Amplify, Teams, and Copilot Design role-based landing pages, dashboards, and curated resource hubs Inform personalization approaches—audience targeting, metadata strategy, and content structures Support usability testing and synthesize feedback into iterative design recommendations Collaborate with strategists, tech leads, and content owners to ensure alignment between design intent, platform constraints, and business outcomes Kogo poszukujemy?
